I know what it's like to be misled and confused about the best way to train for your goals, whether it's looking to win an event or just train injury free towards a healthy version of yourself. I know the harm that can be done, and every week in my practice I call upon my experience and education to undo past peril in clients who seek me out, and empower them with the tools to ensure that they won't be fooled again.
Everyday, people are being shortchanged on their health and fitness, by misinformed trainers and confusing media. In some cases, this results in trying again "next time," to achieve the result you were hoping for. For others, it means never again being able to try for their original goal, as injury and financial burdens take their toll.
Sounds dramatic, but the not so wise younger version of me has been the second scenario above.
And it sucks. It sucks way more than a Nickelback album of Justin Beiber cover songs.
In an industry that judges the fitness "professional's" credentials on biceps or six packs, I've made it my mission to shine a light through the sewers of broscience and fitness fads, to create a system of training that not only sees you reaching your goals injury free, but becoming a master of your own mission in health and fitness.

I was unsure that Glenn would understand my goals as an older athlete competing in a different style of sport (Throwing) that most trainers are not use to. As a result of seeing Glenn I have gained confidence in my body again after injury.

As a stand up paddle athlete meeting Glenn added a fresh approach to my training. With his expertise and his own knowledge of stand up paddling I now feel more confident I’m on track with my training which gives me confidence come race day.
Whilst travelling it is sometimes difficult to get to a gym. Glenn wrote up sessions I could do any where and I found myself working up a sweat in different hotel rooms across the states which kept me conditioned and winning some great events. All whilst Glenn helped me to manage a bulging disc in my back.

Initially I didn’t realise that this kind of help existed. I had no experience of what could be achieved by having a proper assessment and then a specific program designed to address my weaknesses and help me improve.As a result my injuries are no longer holding me back, in fact, in spite of them I am getting stronger, more balanced, more flexible and am still improving.
My improvements in my chosen sport (Kayaking) are not limited to measurable goals, time, distance etc. My comfort in the boat is better than its ever been , my technique is better, my recovery is quicker.

I like that I can raise a problem area or something that i am having difficulty with and you can add or change an activity to directly address the issue and if I do the exercises properly, I get results straight away.
I have been to a few trainers over the years but have never had programs done for me that have improved my weaker areas so much. The results of these improvements have increased my well-being and performance across the board.
I have never been to anyone else who has been able to assess my current condition and goals and provide me with a program that has provided such fantastic results .
The sessions are fun , Informative and easy going, I can’t ever believe the hour is up.

I have been competing in multi ocean sport and masters swimming events for 20 years. During the last 5 years the number of niggling injuries and muscle tightness has continued to increase as I become older. Since meeting Glenn I have learnt some very important exercises and stretches that really focus on stand up paddling and the movements involved throughout the phases of each stroke. Really dialling in what muscles are being used at what times and how to manage these muscles through training blokes and before and after races. Glenn is hands down one of the best guys when it comes to getting your stoke dialled in and all of the little things that you think won’t make a big difference, he will show you, and explain how it will help you reach your maximum potential. With his scientific knowledge and all of the testing he can give you, he is the man to see when it comes to fine tuning your program and your body to reach your goals.
I have seen many strength and conditioning trainers before Glenn in order to get back into the competition scenario after having some injuries. Many of them seemed not to have taken into consideration what sport I do, what injuries my body carries and how old I am, making my injuries always worse. Glenn has deep knowledge of the sport I do and what it require, he assessed me, identified the cause of my injuries and designed a program based on that.
