Do you have tight lats?
My money is, that you probably do. A very high percentage of athletes that I come across have tightness of their lats yet are not addressing it properly.
Lat tightness can be responsible for back pain, shoulder pain, lack of power through the torso and shoulders, poor movement of the scapula and even lack of rotation through the torso.
In most sports we can see how this could be a problem. In daily life it is just a pain.
