The Ultimate Event Prep Solution

Personal Training isn't something I do anymore. But I have a small number of availabilities in person and online, for those that are looking to fulfill goals in some type of event. Having worked with a ridiculous array of elite athletes and world champions in all types of sports, I can also help you make sure that you finish your event knowing that you did everything you could to get your best result.

Together, we will custom build a program anywhere from 6-16 weeks, depending on where you are in your training, and of course, how far away your event is.

Tap my brain solution

This package will see you visit my Terrigal based studio once or twice per week. The program includes.

  • Initial Movement Assessment and needs analysis
  • At home supplementary program (ie. sport specific training such as running, swimming, sparring or whatever type of sport you are in)
  • Outcome based programming progressing from eliminating weaknesses to surpassing strengths
  • In studio training using my unique coaching methods for strength and mobility training (or virtual for remote clients)

Ready and mobile

This package adds in a custom "Not Really Yoga" program for you to follow at home. Unlike stretching, this system looks to eliminate the cause of dysfunction, whereas standard stretching and yoga protocols just address symptoms of dysfunction. 

  • Initial Movement Assessment and needs analysis
  • At home supplementary program (ie. sport specific training such as running, swimming, sparring or whatever type of sport you are in)
  • Outcome based programming progressing from eliminating weaknesses to surpassing strengths
  • In studio training using my unique coaching methods for strength and mobility training (or virtual for remote clients)
  • In studio instruction of custom NRY program (virtual for remote clients)

Brains and the gear (in person only)

Everything as above, but with the addition of taking advantage of the amazing equipment available in my studio. You will have access to use the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill once per week, as well as unlimited use of Stott Pilates reformer.

  • Outcome based programming progressing from eliminating weaknesses to surpassing strengths

  • Custom designed anti-gravity treadmill program. Weekly use of treadmill
  • Custom designed clinical reformer Pilates program, delivered in an app. Unlimited use of reformer
 

Why should you train with me?

 

Firstly, let me tell you why you shouldn't. 

If you are just after a training program, then you don't need to spend a cent. The interwebs have a gabillion available for you, or a fitness mag or your local gym bro will happily provide you the tools to get you going.

If you are after more than just a program, then you might be interested to know that the solutions I provide have been used by everyone from world champion boxers to professional racing car drivers. They might not be opposite ends of the spectrum, but the best in a huge number of sports in between these, conventional and unconventional have tapped into my knowledge to make sure that their careers and performances have been kept in check through smart training. If you do some digging you'll see some of the names I've worked with and places my brain has been featured. 

I don't see what I offer as programming as much as a solutions

Do you need to make a smart investment to ensure you hit your event knowing your best? I have your solution.

Concerned that niggling pain might stop you getting to the finish line, or is something going that you fear might not even get you to race day? Then I have your solution too.

I call upon my background in exercise science, and the outside the box systems that I have developed over the years of helping people finish events, or play their sport with strength and confidence, to make sure that the solution I provide, gets the result that is required. 

 

How long is the program

 

This depends on your needs and the time until competition.

If your training has been going well, and you are looking to peak for your event, and use some solid Sports Science to do so, choose a 6 week program.

If you have concerns of niggles, then 12 weeks.

If you are currently broken, or have an injury, then 16 weeks to get you to the start line. This is dependent on the nature of the injury and will be explored prior to starting.

How much?

 

Investment starts at $100 per week. This varies on the length of the program, number of sessions per week, and the additions you choose.  

How Do I get in?

 

I only have availability for a handful of these clients at any time, to ensure my other clients continue to excel.
